This apartment loft 85 m2 ( 1000 sqft ), 3 rooms , 5m floor to ceiling ,is a unique exceptionnal Loft at 76-78 av des Champs Elysées

with 2 balconies giving you an unforgetable view of Paris .

We transformed it in a 3 berdrooms to better suit the needs of our guests.There are 2 kitchens available .

We are on the 4 th floors of 6 (The building has 3 elevators ) in a in a limestone building Haussmanian style built in 1913

The facade is classified monument historique ,

We are next to Claridge Hotel , Marriott Hotel and Fouquet s , the Georges V , Pershing Hall , California Hotel ,

and the Plaza Athenée are one block away . Place Vendome, Tuileries are very close too .

This is an exceptionnal best prime location . A very quiet appartement thanks to a perfect double glazing and one of the very

last flat on Champs Elysees .

At a cost of 40.000 Euros , it was recently refurbished and renovated by owners and we keep improving small details .

IT is equiped of course with 50 channels cables tv ,high speed internet WIFI free provided by Orange - France Telecom

,dvd player ,microhifi stereo MP3 Ipod docking -usb -sd , nice marble bath with bidet .

Kitchen with all equipments and amenities ,toaster , boiler , coffee machine Nespresso , micro- wave ,etc...

washing-drying machines, dish washer , oven etc...

Towels and linens provided up to 8 guests .2 beds 200*160 and 4 sofas 100*200.

Some of the city s most cosmopolitan shops can be found along the Avenue des Champs Elysees with restaurants , coffee

shops , bars , discotheques , movie theather jostling for space between the famously branded shops .

Closest subways and RER :Franklin Roosevelt , Georges V , Charles de Gaule-Etoile .

Lots of the most famous museums of the world are very close : Louvres , Grand Palais , Petit Palais etc...

Five public parking spaces around and one of them is located very next to the building entrance .

Our check in policy is 5 pm ; check out at 2.00 pm but we may adapt to the need of guests when possible

With little extra costs , we can provide you with baby sitters , daily cleaning, car driver, cooker , computer technician etc...

transportation VIP to and from airports.

The building and the whole district are under very tight security .Mr Sarkozy, french president , live a few hundreds meters

away in the Palace of L'Elysées.
